• Look at the top right corner of their  browser window and find the download icon. This is a downward arrow with a circle around it or line under it.  This icon shows the status of your downloads and lets you access your downloaded files.

• Click on the download icon to open a drop-down menu that lists your recent downloads. You should see the word document that was just downloaded from our website at the top of the list. The word document will have the same file name as the one on our website.

• Click on the word document in the drop-down menu to open it in Microsoft Word.

• Look at the bottom of your screen and find the folder icon on the taskbar. This is the File Explorer window that lets you access your files and folders.

• Click on the folder icon to open the File Explorer window.

• Find the Downloads folder on the left pane of the File Explorer window. This is where the word document you downloaded from our website is stored.

• Double-click on the Downloads folder to see the files inside it. You should see the word document with the same name as the one on our website.
